On Thursday 1st November, Calum McCall and Rory Clark-Kennedy went along to Rephad Primary School’s ‘World of Work’ afternoon and spoke to P5, P6 & P7 pupils about the various career opportunities within Tarff and they explained their roles.
The ‘World of Work’ afternoon helps raise children’s awareness about the opportunities they will have when they reach working age. It is also aimed to help develop innovative and creative skills.
Calum and Rory showed the children a number of different feed materials which make up Tarff blends. Rory also brought along a sugar beet in it’s raw form to explain how this is made into beet pulp pellets!
