It has been brought to our attention that a customer has recevied an email from a fraudulent Tarff email address and has been asked to transfer their account balance into Tarff’s ‘updated’ bank details.
Under no circumstances would Tarff send an email out to customers notifying them of such a change.
If you have received an email like this from a Tarff address, please report this to Eion Jamieson (eion.jamieson@tarffvalley.co.uk or 01557 820247). We have reported the email address and bank details to Action Fraud.
