Pre-Apprenticeship Programme
16 – 20 yr olds 3 week training period (first air, tractor skills, manual handling, health & safety) 6 month, paid work experience on farm Supported by mentor in placement and Tarff Services Coordinator Additional training opportunities throughout the programme Graduate with SCQF Level 4 Land Based Pre-Apprenticeship Award Pathway to a Modern Apprenticeship in Agriculture (SCQF Level 5) or full time employment

16 – 25 yr olds 12 – 18 months Paid, work experience on farm with farm assessment to complete Supported by mentor in placement, Tarff Services Coordinator and External Assessor Additional training opportunities throughout the programme Pathway to a Modern Apprenticeship in Agriculture (SCQF Level 6) or full time employment
