Discussing all things Pre-Apprenticeship!

Rod Sanderson (Chief Executive) and Tracey McEwan (Services Coordinator) caught up with Michael Bayne (Borders Machinery Ring (BMR)), Gail Robertson and Graham Bruce (Ringlink Scotland Ltd) and discussed all things Pre-Apprentice!

Since the Pre-Apprenticeship Programme has been rolled out Nationally, all three businesses providing the programme feel it’s necessary to be working alongside one another to share experiences and discuss the next steps for the current 2019 intake and planning the 2020 cohort.

Plans for the upcoming graduation ceremony were also discussed as it would be great for Tarff, BMR and Ringlink to have a joint event. Watch this space!
