The following procedures are now in place for all stores:
1. Shops are remaining open but NOT open for browsing, and customers cannot self select.
2. All customers are to phone and order prior to arriving at their local store. On arrival, please phone the store and a member of staff will deliver your goods to the car. If you require assistance from a member of staff, please wait by the entrance door and do not enter the store. We ask that you make full use of the Call & Collect or Free Delivery service.
3. Payment for orders can either be taken over the phone or put on account.
Our Dumfries store opening times are changing for the foreseeable. New opening times are as follows:
Monday – Friday – 8am – 5.30pm
Saturday – 8am – 12 noon
Sunday – Closed.
All other store opening times remain the same.
This unprecedented time is difficult for us all and Tarff is doing its utmost to continue providing its quality service to farmers and the rural community. We are extremely busy with orders and will endeavour to fulfil your requirements as soon as we can.
